   - Refunds are issued only in the case of event cancellation or significant rescheduling initiated by Podkashta.

   - Refund requests due to personal circumstances, such as illness or travel disruptions, will be reviewed on a discretionary basis.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions:

   - Certain promotional or discounted events may be marked as non-refundable, and this will be communicated during the purchase process.

3. Refund Process:

   - Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the event date or notification of cancellation.

   - Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds: If you cancel your registration within the stipulated period but after specific deadlines, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
